We hear all the time from so-called business "gurus": "Find a unique selling proposition", "What differentiates you?", "How are you unique?", etc, etc, blah, blah, etc, blah.
It's all baloney. Fortune 500s weren't built because they were unique. They were built because they excelled at something.
